Chocolate-dunked Rusks

Recipe Ingredients
- Selection of SPAR Bakery rusks of your choice
- 200g white chocolate, melted and placed in a bowl
- 200g dark or milk chocolate, melted and placed in a bowl
- 1 SPAR Freshline orange (optional)
Recipe Method
- Dip half of each rusk in your selection of chocolate, before placing the rusks on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- If using an orange: using a fine grater, grate the zest of an orange over the dipped rusks to give them a slight citrus-scent.
- Allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
