Chocolate-dunked Rusks

Elevate your rusks with a chocolate dip.

Recipe Ingredients
  • Selection of SPAR Bakery rusks of your choice
  • 200g white chocolate, melted and placed in a bowl
  • 200g dark or milk chocolate, melted and placed in a bowl
  • 1 SPAR Freshline orange (optional)

Recipe Method
  1. Dip half of each rusk in your selection of chocolate, before placing the rusks on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. If using an orange: using a fine grater, grate the zest of an orange over the dipped rusks to give them a slight citrus-scent.
  3. Allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
