Mocha Pedro
Give the traditional Dom Pedro a fun coffee- twist with the help of convenient cappuccino sachets. Wonderfully quick for a dessert when entertaining!

Recipe Ingredients
- 2 litre SPAR Caramel &Vanilla flavoured ice cream (1 tub)
- 5 sachets SPAR Café Express Cappuccino (6 sachets)
- 125 ml boiling water
- 125 ml whisky (5 tot-measures)
Recipe Method
- Break up the ice cream in its tub, and tip the contents into a food processor bowl.
- Cut open the cappuccino sachets and pour their contents into a jug. Pour on the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in the whisky.
- Pour this warm liquid over the ice cream, and process until evenly blended and smooth.
- Pour into 6 tumblers, and serve a wide-mouthed straw with each.

- Plain vanilla ice cream can also be used.
