SPAR Recognised as a Top Contributor to Youth Employment by President

The SPAR Group was recognised as a Top Contributor at the Youth Employment Service (YES) South Africa ESG Awards on 15th October 2025 and was presented with a certificate signed by President Cyril Ramaphosa. 

YES is South Africa’s largest private-sector led 12-month full-time jobs programme. Its aim is to drive change through quality job creation, benefits for business and a multiplier effect that creates a more resilient South African economy.

This recognition reflects SPAR's ongoing commitment to being a purposeful business that serves as a catalyst for change by empowering young leaders to drive the nation forward and create meaningful work opportunities for South Africa’s youth.
